Say What Again
We often see the best, most unique cocktails when “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”. Here we have taken some wildly different and assertive products that together create a cocktail that is at once complex, smooth, and delicate. The vegetal tones of tequila with the funky, herbal tones of grappa, floral rooibos cordial, all tied together with the bright acidity of Belgian Kriek beer. Served as a sour style cocktail with egg white, this head scratching list of ingredients had us all asking “what? How does this all work so well together?!"
Created by Nicolas Laroye, his first addition to Chambar’s cocktail menu. A cocktail so beautifully bizarre it needed a silly name, taken from perhaps the most memorable dialogue in Tarantino’s 1994 iconic Pulp Fiction
