Blue Fig

We've adapted our signature martini for the home bartender. Enjoy pre- or post-dinner, with great conversation and even better company

Method:
1) Combine 2 fl. oz Beefeater gin with .5 fl. oz fig syrup in mixing glass
2) Add ice to mixing glass, enough to cover ingredients
3) Stir for 30-45 seconds
4) Strain into chilled cocktail glass
5) Serve with crumbled blue cheese on the side
